How did you get your job?

I found my job at UTSA EOS/Title IX office on the CORE bank provided by St. Mary’s.

What do/did you like most about your job?

This past month, “The Final Regulations” that concern Title IX were finished and released. I was able to really dig into these regulations and understand the responsibilities of the institution, and how they are expected to handle Title IX cases. 

Did your job change in a virtual workplace?  How did you interact with your co-workers?

We use Microsoft Teams for constant communication throughout the day, and have weekly video conferences to talk about how our projects are going.
