Sworn Officer Grant
Are you a law enforcement officer committed to serving and protecting your community but also interested in exploring opportunities within the legal field? Perhaps you aspire to enhance your existing legal knowledge to advance your career in law enforcement agencies, such as sheriff’s departments, police departments or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security? The Sworn Officer Grant is tailored for you.
At the St. Mary’s University School of Law, we understand the unique challenges and aspirations of sworn officers in law enforcement. We recognize that staying ahead in an ever-changing legal landscape is essential for career advancement and professional development. We have 15 concentrations in our Master of Jurisprudence program to suit your interests. St. Mary’s Law also offers a tuition grant designed specifically for law enforcement professionals that reduces tuition to $800 per credit hour.
