Master of Jurisprudence Conference: Enrollment Management Strategy and Best Practice

Please join us in San Antonio at the St. Mary’s University School of Law for collaboration and program development at the first Master of Jurisprudence Conference. With the growing presence of non-J.D. Master level degrees on law campuses across the country St. Mary’s University School of Law is proud to announce that, in conjunction with The University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law, we are convening the first conference primarily for law school administrators to define the climate and best practices of Master-level programs as well as to explore future directions in administration, policy, enrollment management and curriculum development.

When: March 17-18, 2017

Registration

The registration is $250 for full participants and $60 for guests who plan to attend the receptions. This cost will cover shuttles to and from the hotel to the conference, lunch both days, a Friday reception and a closing reception on Saturday. Links to register on-line can be found here:

St. Mary’s has negotiated an excellent rate at one of San Antonio’s most historic hotels, the Menger Hotel. Located right next to the Alamo, the Historic Menger Hotel reigns as the oldest continuously operating hotel west of the Mississippi. Single and double occupancy is $139 per night, and $149 per night for triple and quad occupancy. This rate will be held until Friday, February 24. 2017.

Programming:

Sessions will be held from 8:45 a.m. to noon and 1:30 to 4:45 p.m. each day. Each session will last 90 minutes and will cover topics such as recruitment, marketing, grading standards, on-line education, accreditation concerns and employment opportunities, among others.
