This session, presented by Clinical Associate Professor of Law Erica Schommer, J.D., will aim to debunk some myths and misinformation about the asylum process as reported by the media recently. CLE credit pending.

A discussion between Visiting Professor of European Studies Henry McLeish and Professor Andreas Schwartze, LL.M., of Universität Innsbruck.

The Right Honorable Henry McLeish was a member of the British and Scottish Parliaments, member of the government of Tony Blair and First Minister of Scotland.

Schwartze is University Professor of European Private Law, Comparative Private Law and International Private Law in Univerität Innsbruck.  He is a professor in the St. Mary’s summer program, The Institute on World Problems in Innsbruck, Austria.
