Master of Jurisprudence in Compliance, Business Law and Risk

M.Jur. Compliance, Business Law and Risk Concentration (available online)

The M.Jur. in Compliance, Business Law and Risk is available both as an online distance learning program and in a traditional classroom environment.

The field of compliance law has experienced significant growth and rapid evolution within the past few years.

The St. Mary’s 30-credit-hour M.Jur concentration provides a comprehensive overview of compliance, which is applicable to a majority of commercial fields and government organizations, especially in light of the regulatory changes prompted by the 2008 global financial crisis.

Program components are curated to offer the most efficient delivery of substantive compliance curriculum and procedural fundamentals. This concentration will familiarize you with those concepts required to obtain certification through the Compliance Certification Board.

M.Jur. at St. Mary's Law

The Compliance, Business Law and Risk concentration is one of many Master of Jurisprudence degree options at St. Mary’s. All are fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on College and have obtained acquiescence from the American Bar Association (ABA).
